When you select a commercial quotation, BER-CERTIFICATE.com currently charges a €50 booking deposit. This deposit is not the assessor’s full quotation. The selected quotation and the booking amount are shown before checkout.
The remaining assessor fee is separate from the platform booking deposit and should be handled according to the selected assessor’s quotation and arrangements.
Prepare for a Non-Domestic BER Assessment
Have the Eircode and any available building information ready. Useful records may include previous BER details, plans, floor-area information, construction specifications, lighting information, heating or cooling system details and evidence of energy upgrades. The assessor will confirm what documentation is required for the individual building.
